The Smithdown Litfest recognises that for some of our audience to fully access an event they may require support from another person.
If an audience member has access requirements which require a personal assistant or companion to support them with their access needs we make available 1 free ticket for that companion. Companion tickets are subject to a very limited availability and operate on a first come first served basis.
If a show is sold out and/or tickets have not been purchased through an official outlet, we are unable to provide a companion ticket.
To apply for a companion ticket, in the first instance please contact us for further information. If a companion ticket is available for the event you wish to attend, we will inform you of this, and you will then need to provide proof of eligibility for the ticket requested, per the criteria below. Documentation should be dated within the last 12 months and be clearly visible, documentation dated later than this or with no clear date may be rejected. Thank you.
