Dead Ink Books is an independent bookshop on Smithdown Road, exclusively stocking independent publishers, and itself an off-shoot of an indie publisher which has been in operation since 2015. We’re dedicated to bringing the best in contemporary literature to a wider audience, and championing underheard voices. We stock fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, YA, graphic novels and more, and take pride in offering personalised recommendations for any situation. As well as shining a spotlight on independent publishers we have tried to work with other independent brands where possible so you know that by shopping with us you are supporting creativity, small businesses, and ethical practices.
